Assessment and Planning
Assessment of the personnel and planning of the commercial organisation - Direct and / or indirect sales force:
1. Design of distribution networks;
2. Definition of the resources to be hired by the sales network:
- Type of resource, skills, profile, experience;
- Remuneration.
3. Development of distribution networks:
- Definition of territorial distribution;
- Definition of scouting and recruitment methods;
- Business Partner-BP Presentation to our Client.
4. Recruitment and selection of sales personnel:
- Proposal Package drafting to be sent to BP candidates, in relation to the specific project
- Definition of the details of the BP profiles to be hired
- Screening in the ab2b proprietary databases
- Scouting applications on the territorial
- Recruitment of applicants, selection, verification, and shortlisting
- Individual interviews in the field
- Preparation of an Action Plan with the BP interested in the Project
5. Presentation of the BP to our Client:
- Drafting of the presentation of the Company Profile and the Action Plan agreed with the BP to our Client;
- Submission of candidates identified;
- Support to our Client for the BP’s contractualization process;
- Commercial support to the Business Partners, for the duration of the Agency contract.

Experiential Training
